It's Summer in South Park and the boys are not to happy about it and "it sucks". The entire town is preparing for the annual 4th July celebration, but this year a ban on fireworks is imposed, Mr. Hat has disappeared, Ned and Jimbo have been thrown into a Texas prison and Cartman is forced to take swimming lessons. The mayor's plan to put some punch into 4th of July celebration with a 20 story high "snake" goes dangerously awry and Cartman may never make it out of the deep end.
